Our success is based on the quality of our superior products and the earned trust of our customers. We offer a wide range of specially formulated plant care products, from agricultural fertilizers to indoor potting soils.

The company was founded in 1884 in Sanford, Florida by Sydney and Joshua Chase. They marketed fertilizers and growers supplies. The Chase family was active in the company until 1971. We changed our name from Chase & Co. to Sunniland Corporation in 1979.

The present owner, Lee P. Moore joined the company in 1957 and bought Sunniland in 1982. He was also mayor of Sanford from 1969 until 1984. Our company has a long history of community participation.

We formulate and produce our own fertilizer and we understand the unique growing requirements of our customers. Our product lines include both all purpose fertilizers and specialty formulas for azaleas, camellias, palms, citrus, avocados, acid-loving plants, flowers, vegetables, shrubs, lawns, gardens and trees.

Every Sunniland and RiteGreen fertilizer contains precisely the right percentage of primary nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium)
for its specific use. We've been supplying Florida with gardening and growing supplies for the past century and we're confident we'll be doing so for the next century.
